Its interesting how after the race I felt alright after the initial period of wavering around trying to figure out whether I'd manage walking or not. But then it starts to set in and as the night wore on I was more and more sore. Its a few days later now and I still haven't managed a good night of sleep. Last night I woke up at four in the morning and then again at seven just not comfortable. My legs don't hurt as much as they did yesterday but I'm in no rush to get back to working out, not yet anyway. Once I'm all rested its going to be the start of a pretty long and hard training period. It'll be easier than what I have been doing this summer total volume wise but the intensity will make up for it.
Today Comcast is coming to install internet and tv in the condo, we still don't have a tv but we'll get one soon enough. Internet will be nice so I won't have to keep borrowing juniors blackberry and trying to work my thumbs on the tiny keyboard.
